Bhatura, also spelled as Bhatoora, (Punjabi: ਭਟੂਰਾ,Hindi: भटूरा) is a soft and fluffy deep-fried bread from the Punjab region of Pakistan and India, and is often eaten with chickpea curry, chole or channe, making the classic dish chole bhature.
